1. Introduction
By booking an excursion with us, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
2. Booking and Payment Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed by North Boat Charter.
3. Payment
A deposit is required upon confirmation of your booking. Payments can be made via cash or approved credit cards.
4. Cancellation and Refunds Client Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to departure will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable.
5. Operator Cancellations
North Boat Charter reserves the right to cancel excursions due to adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
6. Safety and Conduct Compliance
Clients must adhere to all safety instructions provided by the crew. The skipper has the authority to alter routes or cancel trips if safety is compromised.
7. Liability Personal Responsibility
Clients participate in excursions at their own risk. North Boat Charter is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property, except in cases of gross negligence.
8. Property Damage
Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the vessel or equipment and will be charged accordingly.
9. Force Majeure
North Boat Charter is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or political unrest.
10 . Children and Minors Supervision
Parents or guardians are responsible for the supervision and safety of their children at all times during the excursion.
11. Insurance Coverage
While North Boat Charter maintains necessary insurance for the vessel and its operations, clients are advised to obtain their own travel and health insurance to cover personal risks.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seychelles. By booking with North Boat Charter, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
